Tamara is currently completing BA (Hons) Complementary Healthcare at Edinburgh Napier University. Her speciality in this degree is Aromatherapy and she is a student member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA). She has also been teaching Baby Massage since 2007, and is registered with ITHMA in London. She has recently started teaching an Introduction to Aromatherapy course in conjunction with Jewel & Esk College and East Lothian Council.

Having graduated in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2004, Kirsty has gone on to complete a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with honours, and a Post Graduate Certificate of Acupuncture.
Kirsty has specialised in treating musculoskeletal and work related injuries. As well as her specialisation in muskuloskeletal Physiotherapy, Kirsty is also a qualified acupuncturist.
(Please note that acupuncture can be used in the post-partum period, but not usually during pregnancy).
Outside of Physiotherapy, Kirsty enjoys travelling and is probably already planning her next trip
